Important :

All products come with warranty, if it doesn't work, you let us know and we'll offer a replacement or a full refund (depends on case).

Since our products are digitalized, we can't offer a change of mind policy. Products once purchased, can't be changed under the change of mind policy.

All our products are tested, verified and then sold to our customers. If for any reason, a specific product/products don't work when installed, please let us know and we will get it resolved at the earliest.

Products sold to you are at retail price (after deducting any discounts, promos or offers). In case, you have an additional offer, you can always combine them (if the product allows).

If you write or message us, please give us 24-48 hours to respond, we will ensure we adhere to the SLA to get your query resolved, it's a promise.

Replacement and Refund Policy

Terms of return : If the product doesn't work, please let us know within 72 hours of purchase. This will ensure we address your concern at the earliest.

After inspection if we find a product that doesn't work as expected, we can offer a free replacement of the same or different product (same price). The replacement and instructions will be sent to you via email.

If for any reason, there's multiple replacements and the product still doesn't work, please let us know and we'll initiate a full refund (timeframe should exceed 2-3 weeks). We aim to resolve your issues within this time.
